1. Order Cancellation

At Mileweb, we pride ourselves on our efficiency and speed of service. As such, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. In rare cases where a cancellation is approved by management due to exceptional circumstances, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
