Refund & Exchange Policy

No Refund Policy

We do not offer monetary refunds for any products or services. In the exceptional case that a refund is approved by management, it will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

1. General Policy

All sales are final. We do not provide refunds for software services, software products, or physical products once the transaction is completed. Please ensure you have selected the correct product or service before completing your purchase.

2. Exchange Policy (Defective Items Only)

While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to quality. We offer exchanges ONLY for physical products that are defective or damaged upon arrival.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase and evidence of the defect (e.g., photos).

3. How to Initiate an Exchange

If you believe you have received a defective product, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at company@mileweb.cloud with the subject line "Exchange Request - [Order ID]".
  2. Include a description of the defect and attach clear photos.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide instructions on how to return the item if approved.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If approved, a replacement product will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

4. Software Services & Products

Due to the nature of digital goods and services, all software development services, licenses, and downloadable products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

5. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Digital Products & Services: Access to digital products and software services is typically provided immediately upon successful payment or within 24 hours. Confirmation will be sent via email.

Physical Products: For physical items, orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary by location but typically range from 5-7 business days. Tracking information will be provided via email once the order is shipped.
